    We believe the right amount of exercise is critical for maintaining wellness. Patients are taught how to exercise without injuring themselves. Patients are medically monitored to insure safety. Obese patients in particular benefit by improving flexibility, range of motion, and with time stamina. All this helps promote quicker and safer weight loss and at the same time improves cardiovascular fitness. All programs are individualized to the patient's needs.
